My friends and colleagues say I am inclusive, passionate and am always looking for ways to make everyone feel safe and valued. I have developed a keen sense of fairness and equity from a young age and have carried this through my life. Coming from a large community with little means, it was always important to me that we each received what we needed to grow and become contributing members of society.
Whether coaching 1:1, creating an inclusive climate or bringing about culture change to improve ROI by unleashing employee creativity and productivity, developing new products, I have made it my mission to transform personal and professional lives with grace and gratitude.
